What we collect.
When you book a call, we collect the name, email, company, and any notes you include through our scheduling form. When you email us, we keep the contents of that email.
We do not run third-party analytics on this site beyond basic traffic counts, and we do not set tracking cookies.
How we use it.
We use what you share to respond to you, prepare for a call, and deliver work if you become a client. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the work you hired us for (for example, a deployment platform running your system).
How long we keep it.
For prospects: we retain conversation records for up to two years, then delete. For clients: engagement records are retained as long as needed to support the relationship plus any legal or tax requirement.
Your rights.
Email hello@saddle.solutions to request what we have on file, correct anything, or ask us to delete it.
Changes.
If this policy changes in any material way, the date above will update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
