Booking an introductory call through this site is not a commitment to work together, and it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when a signed agreement is in place.

Intellectual property.

The Saddle name, wordmark, copy, and visual design of this site belong to Jacob Burress Innovations LLC. Client work product and its ownership are governed by the separate engagement agreement.

Changes.

These terms may change. If they do, the date above will update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
